While the woman at the desk was typing my information I started to chuckle at the rules posted on the wall behind her. She said, "You're laughing at the sign aren't you." I cannot tell a lie. "Yes." Apparently I was not the first.
I was not permitted to take a picture but it states:
"WARNING: It is a federal offense to kill, kidnap, assault, or intimidate federal employees while they are engaged in official business."
Does this mean that it is acceptable behavior if they are not engaged in "official bussiness" ?
